Facilitate the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as thekey interface in Business Operation Centers.
Develop and improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices
Support the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives
Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
Collaborate with the Operations team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
Support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
Provide support to managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance, redundancy and absence management
Support other roles within the HR team, deliver HR services, implement & communicate HR policies and manage employee data and files
Professional Degree in Human Resources (BBA/MBA)
