The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing solutions within EY’s FAAS Quality team. The team supports EY’s FAAS which includes Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) on risk management and service quality matters across MENA. You will provide risk and quality solutions to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior level, including engagement partners). You will be expected to assess and understand how firm risks can be best managed and mitigated.
Although based out of EY’s Dubai office, the team has a member based out of our office in India. This role will be based in our Karachi Centre of Excellence in Pakistan and will remotely support MENA client engagements.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to assist on both project based and ad hoc work including a mix of technical Quality and project management support. For the right person, there is considerable opportunity to learn on the job and to grow.
The role would involve absorbing some considerable technical expertise to enable delivery of the following typical projects:
Updating and amending our policy and guidance repositories for FAAS services
Monitoring and manipulating the spreadsheet data we receive and reporting on compliance by FAAS service line people on various matters.
Maintaining and enhancing our portfolio of pre-written engagement agreements and terms and conditions, scoping most of our common FAAS offerings across the sub service lines
Review engagement agreements for both private sector and government (including statements of work and terms & conditions), NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, proposals, subcontracts, and other ancillary documentation
Supporting our FAAS Quality Reviews of partners’ work
Conducting some additional engagement compliance testing to better gauge the risk managed by our engagement teams
Support the team on various other new initiatives as they arise
Assist with the planning and drafting of Q&RM communications to the FAAS business
