Job brief

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit,

support and develop talent through developing policies and managing

procedures.

Responsibilities:

Candidate shall be responsible for all functions of HR

including.

Time and attendance management.

Recruitment.

Performance Appraisal.

Policy Making.

Recruiting and staffing.

Performance management.

Employee orientation, development, training and record

keeping.

Company-wide committee facilitation and participation.

Company employee communication.

Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.

Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR

office.

HR must a good knowledge of Research and development.

Constantly research on adding more business categories.

Must have a leadership quality. Update sales report on the

daily basis and share it with the leads department.

Identify leads on social media for the subscribed

businesses.

Content pruning of website (Category Rectification).

Add businesses daily to categories that are decided for daily

posting.

Requirements

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR

position.

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment,

training & development etc.).

Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs30,000.00 per month

Experience:

human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
