Be in charge of running and managing daily call center operations.
Evaluates individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness.
Helps call agents with challenging customer service issues.
Determines call center operational strategies by evaluating team results and objectives.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly production reports with all concerned.
Promote a conductive working environment for all employees and ensure discipline on the floor.
Identify critical business assets and ensure the security of these identified assets.
Observe and report security breaches within the workplace.
Any other tasks as assigned
Intermediate at least, Bachelors preferred
minimum of 3 years of CC experience with 1 year of TL/Supervisor role
Motivated and self-starter
Excellent verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs65,000.00 – Rs75,000.00 per month
